LIVE EVENT ART

In addition to sending me your event date(s), please send me your event location & time event starts and ends (IN ABOVE FORM)

PRICING INCLUDES:

  • 10-15 min blank face paintings/drawings (see pics for medium & style options) on 4in x 6in or 5in x 7in paper (with custom event details pre printed on paper) PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU HAVE A PAPER SIZE PREFERENCE, OTHERWISE I WILL BRING WHICHEVER I HAVE MORE STOCK OF

  • On site fee/materials

  • Approx 3-4 paintings per hour (up to two people in each painting). if you’d like more portraits done at the event per hour, I can hire another trusted artist(s) for an additional fee (ask for pricing, based on your location) - an also complete painting any remaining photos after the event for a bulk discount (see below) and have them shipped to you after

  • NEW UPDATE 7-1-26: I cannot guarantee the amount of individual head count of guests that I will be able to complete at the event since factors such as guest “interruption”, guest outfits’ amount of complexity, and amount of times I am requested me to pack all my things up and re set-up to different locations over the course of the event. However, I will complete 42 total individual guests - I will tally up the amount of individual head count of guests that I completed during the event and I will then complete X amount more guests at home afterwards to bring the total to 42 (one painting with 2 people in the painting would be counted as 2 and if any one special requests to be painted twice, they will be added up for each time I paint them although my directions to the guests state that each guest can only submit to be painted once to allow time for other guests). I will ship those remaining completed paintings (to make 42 total) all together in 1 package, for free to one USA address. If outside of USA, shipping/insurance/customs would need to be covered by the client. If there are any more paintings remaining after the first 42, and you’d like any/all also completed, I will create a folder for you to view and decide if you’d like to pay a bulk discount price to complete over 10 individual guests. See below for bulk pricing for any additional paintings.

  • After the first included 42 guests: $10 per painted person, if ordering over 10 paintings (the paintings are regularly $20 per person if ordered individually, or less than 10 guests)

  • Shipping - FREE, all paintings packaged together in one box to one USA address

  • Arrival of 1-2 hours before painting start-time to set up

  • 6 hours of painting time with one 20 min break

PRICING DOES NOT INCLUDE (based on your event address - if locations is within 30 minutes from West Haven, CT, there is no travel fee. I WILL E-MAIL YOU BACK THIS COST ONCE YOU FILL OUT THIS FORM):

  1. 2 way flights

  2. lodging & meals

  3. gas/tolls/other travel costs

  4. time of travel

  5. rental car/taxis

  6. additional artists for more completed portraits at the event itself

REQUIREMENTS FROM EVENT VENUE/YOU THAT MUST BE SET UP AND READY FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE (or else I won't be able to work and I won't be able to refund any payments if the following needs aren't met):

  • 3ft - 4ft table with tablecloth (tablecloth is optional if you want it to match other tables) feel free to tell florist to add a small flower arrangement to decorate my table!

  • Chair - chair must be no more than 4 ft. away from a working outlet that I will need to use the entire time I'm there, and not share with any one else. I will not be able to work and will not refund any payments if I'm unable to work because of this

  • Working cellular service OR working guest wifi (if a password is required for wifi, please let me know 1 month before the event so that I can update my instructions to your guests with the login information). I have a QR sign at my table which brings guests to the instructions on how to submit a photo to me

  • OUTDOOR LOCATIONS (must have plan B backup for any of the below weather issues, no refunds if any of these cannot be accommodated on the day of the event or any applicable weather-changes):

  • SHADE - I must be fully shaded from the shifting sun the entire time

  • WETNESS - Me and my table must be kept completely dry if there is any rain/wet weather, must be completely covered and safe from slanted rain/wet weather.

  • HUMIDITY - If it is a foggy or over 60% humidity day, I must be working inside only, must have backup indoor location with AC

  • HEAT - If it’s over 75ºF, I must be working indoors in AC

  • COLDNESS - if it is under 55ºF, I must be working indoors with heat

  • WIND - If there is enough wind to blow a piece of paper off a desk, I will not be able to work outside

  • DARK - After dusk, I must be working indoors. I will not paint past dusk outside (bugs flock to me and my lights)
